These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of products, including wood pellets, wood briquettes, wood shavings, and wood logs (collectively, “Products”) by Volynlis LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order with us, you (“the Buyer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Volynlis LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. An order is deemed accepted only upon our issuance of a written order confirmation.
2. Pricing and Payment Terms

Volynlis LLC is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, transportation issues, or force majeure events.
4. Product Specifications
While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to make changes to Product specifications as required. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the Products ordered are suitable for their intended use.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Volynlis LLC’s total liability to the Buyer shall not exceed the purchase price of the Products giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
